On the day of arrival, the apartment is ready for you from 2 p.m. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 9 a.m.

A city tax of € 2,40 per person per night is levied for all persons over the age of 14 in order to permanently promote the tourist attractiveness of the region. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and can only be paid on site.

A minimum stay of 5 days is required. A minimum stay of 7 days is required in high season.

After your booking, we ask you to transfer the deposit (booking security) of €200 per apartment and holiday week to our account within 7 days. Your reservation is only binding after receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation.

In the event of cancellation until 30 days before the start of the holiday, we will retain the deposit. If you cancel up to two weeks before the start of your holiday, you will be charged: 50% of the total price. If you cancel in the two weeks preceding the start of your holiday, you will be charged: 80% of the total price. Late arrival or early departure: The price of the booked arrangement will be charged in full. We recommend taking out the European travel cancellation insurance.

Cash payment, bank transfer
